Anolon Sponsors The Edible Garden at the New York Botanical Garden

VALLEJO, Calif.–Meyer’s Anolon brand has teamed up with the New York Botanical Garden to present The Edible Garden, a summer-long exhibition on growing food that will open on June 27 and run through September 13. A major sponsor and the official kitchenware sponsor, Anolon has supplied cookware, bakeware, cutlery, kitchen tools and gadgets for the cooking demonstrations in the Conservatory Kitchen.
Chefs scheduled to demonstrate their favorite recipes, courtesy of Anolon, include Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern on June 28, Peter Hoffman of Savoy and Back Forty on June 28 and Keith Snow of HarvestEating.com on Aug. 15. Martha Stewart, Emeril Lagasse, Lidia Bastianich are also expected to appear.
Adjacent to the Conservatory Kitchen on the Conservatory Lawn, Anolon will also display a full assortment of its kitchenware products in a tented 15-square-foot area during the opening and closing weekends, as well as on Aug. 15-16.
