A renowned culinary institution like the James Beard House was the ideal spot to kick off the upcoming anniversary of another culinary icon—All-Clad, which will turn 40 years old next year.
Top chefs such as Ming Tsai, René Redzepi, Dan Barber and Daniel Humm were among the guests at the recent All-Clad event, which also included retailers and media. All-Clad was founded in 1971 by metallurgist John Ulam, and bought by Sam Michaels in 1988. Groupe SEB purchased the company in 2004.
