Selke Cos. Names Palmer CEO

PITTSFIELD, Mass.–Tonio Palmer has been named chief executive officer of the Annie Selke Cos.
In this newly created position, Palmer has assumed responsibility over the company’s infrastructure, with a focus on maintaining the company’s culture as it expands and leverages its design and sourcing functions.
In a company statement, Palmer said his appointment will allow Annie Selke, the company’s co-founder and co-owner, to concentrate on design. Palmer reports to both Annie Selke and Whit Selke, the company’s other founder and owner, and head of its sourcing and distribution segments.
Before joining the Annie Selke Cos., Palmer was director of marketing for the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
The Annie Selke Cos. consists of Pine Cone Hill, a fine linens and sleepwear firm; Dash & Albert Rug Co.; and Potluck Studios, which produces tableware.
