NEW YORK–Raymond Waites Design has signed a licensing agreement with Westex International for a line of basic bedding.
The products include comforters and bed pillows, made from both down and synthetic materials. Under the terms of the license, Westex will promote and sell the line to retailers in both the United States and Canada. The products will also be featured in special packaging designed to “enhance it on the selling floor,” according to a Raymond Waites statement.
In the statement, Stacey Testa, senior vice president of design for Raymond Waites, said the new collection “will complement the strong standing we have in fashion bedding, and will enhance our presence with prominent retailers, enabling them to capitalize on a broader assortment.”
