HIGH POINT, N.C.–Franklin Corp. and Lam Lee have taken new showroom space at the International Home Furnishings Center.
Franklin’s new showroom is W748 on the seventh floor of the Wrenn Wing, across the hall from its prior location in W746. Hassell Franklin, chief executive officer, said in an IHFC statement that the new space is double the size of the previous space, and described it as a component to the company’s overall strategy to further its growth. Franklin’s line includes recliners, motion furniture medical and medical-assist products, and a new group of stationary seating.
Lam Lee—which manufactures furniture, accessories, lighting, textiles and gifts—is moving from Room C241 to Room D410 in the IHFC Design Center. John Reinhardt, vice president of sales, marketing and merchandising, said the new showroom will allow Lam Lee to highlight its transition from primarily traditional designs to softer and more contemporary looks, along with the metallics and hand finishing on its products.
