LOUISVILLE, Ky.–IMC Licensing has entered into an agreement with Borghese, an international cosmetic and fragrance company, to develop a licensing plan and portfolio of home products.
An IMC representative said home products to carry the brand would include both hard and soft goods for bed, bath and kitchen.
Borghese has an international reputation as a developer of natural fragrance, skin care and other cosmetic products. It also produces Acqua di Vita Living Water Complex, and sells largely to high-end retailers like Lord & Taylor and Bloomingdale’s, but also sells to Costco under a different brand. IMC Licensing defines itself as the country’s largest licensing agency specializing in consumer product brands.
