NEW YORK–CHF Industries has entered into a licensing agreement with Peanuts, the iconic comic strip created by Charles Schulz, for collections of bedding and bath.
The collections will make their first bow during New York Home Fashions Market Week in fall 2009, and the anticipated retail launch is scheduled for early next year.
Joan Karron, executive vice president of CHF, said the design approach to the Peanuts line “will be savvy and full of ingenuity, appealing to moms, dads and kids alike. The combined experience of our two companies in product development, manufacturing, marketing, brand management and retailing will capitalize on the position of the Peanuts brand and introduce them to a new category and a new consumer.”
