NEW YORK–Showroom building 7 W New York has introduced the 7 W E-Catalog Gallery, an interactive online resource that allows retail buyers to prepare for buying trips to the building from their personal computers.
The gallery will formally debut in time for the New York International Gift Fair and New York Home Textiles Market in January. It will include online brochures and catalogs from tenants at 7 W New York into one searchable database. The showroom building offers the gallery through Whereoware, a Web-based technology that provides the database, permits buyers to focus on specific products and resources, and generates leads for manufacturers to follow up.
In a 7 W New York statement, Chris Collins, vice president and general manager, said the E-Catalog Gallery will allow tenants to change images and product details at any time, ensuring that their product information is up to date.
