ATLANTA—The Vera Company has partnered with Propac Images to produce a line of wall art based on the work of late contemporary American artist Vera Neumann. Vera’s first wall art line is debuting at the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market, which opens today.
“We are excited to be adding a new category, wall art, to our list of licensing partners,” Susan Seid, president of The Vera Company. “This is especially important because of the fact that all of the designs began as artwork by Vera. Propac Images is a wonderful partner with a solid history of creating great value, American-made products in wall décor.”
Propac Images, along with its sister company Paragon, are showing as permanent exhibitors for the first time at the Atlanta market. Propac’s showroom is in Building 1, 12-A-2, and a ribbon cutting is scheduled for tomorrow. Paragon’s new showroom is next door.
“Propac is thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with the Vera Company to design and produce wall décor that originated from a true artist and American legend, Vera Neumann,” said Samantha Floyd, vice president of sales for Propac. “Her work is timeless and classic and brings a unique depth of design and inspiration to our assortment. We are launching the products in January 2013 at our winter markets and feature a two-page spread in our 2013 catalog.”
