MEMPHIS, Tenn.–Creative Co-Op has launched a new website that “creates a friendly and trendy web experience for the retailer that matches the creativity of Creative Co-Op’s products,” the company said.
New primary features include a user-friendly platform to shop by collection or shop by product category, as well as new filters for the retailer to be able to narrow their search parameters. The new site also includes popular features such as “related products” and the ability to share items of interest across multiple social media platforms. Upon login, retailers will have a personalized landing page that provides an up-to-date overview of their account activity—current status in the “Take Advantage” program and what is required to reach the next level, complete access to one year’s worth of account information where the retailer can view order status, view invoices, view order history and more.
“Our aim was to create a site that was updated with the latest in technology and business intelligence, but still work as simple as possible from the user’s perspective,” said Lee Wang, executive vice president. “We feel that the final product definitely satisfies those criteria, and the customer response thus far has been excellent.”
