NEW YORK–Bloggers on design and trend Web sites picked their favorite gift, home and lifestyle products in Accent on Design, the design-focused section at the New York International Gift Fair.
Among the winners of the Bloggers Choice Award were Umbrellas by Brelli; Miller Goodman Playshapes by neo-utility; neó baskets, bags and jewelry; Table Manners set by Funfam; Style de Vie for its booth display; and the Oly Children’s Chair.
The Bloggers Choice Award judges were Maxwell Gillingham-Ryan of ApartmentTherapy.com, Ami Kealoha of Coolhunting.com, Rain Noe of Core77, Danielle De Vita of Design-Calendar.com, Heather Clawson of Habitually Chic and Marissa Marcantonio of Stylebeat.blogspot.com. Each judge picked one product from the more than 200 companies participating in Accent on Design, which in their judgment represented the “next big thing,” according to a statement from GLM, owner and manager of the Gift Fair.
