LAS VEGAS–The World Market Center has scheduled a number of receptions for next week’s Las Vegas Market.
The convention center has slated the Rep Appreciation Day BBQ Lunch for noon on Sunday, Feb. 8, the day before the market opens. On Monday, Feb. 9, an opening-night reception called Thriving in ’09 will take place in the grand plaza and atriums of the market center at 5:30 p.m. On Tuesday, Feb. 10, two events are scheduled: the Global Convergence Cocktail Reception at 4 p.m. in Building B, second floor, where the Design & Living, ConText and Living Green Pavilion sections will be located; and the ’80s Party Night in the grand plaza and atriums at 5:30 p.m.
On Wednesday, Feb. 11, the Bright Lights-Lighting Buyer Reception will take place in Building C, 10th floor at 4 p.m. At the same time, Lodge Living Reception is scheduled for Building C, 13th floor. The International Cocktail Reception is scheduled for 5 p.m. in the SkyView Terrace on Wednesday, and the I Las Vegas Reception will take place at 5:30 p.m. in the grand plaza and atriums.
