ROSEMEAD, Calif.–Will Sharp has been named president of Marge Carson Inc., a high-end home case goods and upholstery manufacturer here.
Sharp is former senior vice president of sales and marketing for the company. He continues to report to Jim LaBarge, who previously served as president and retains his role as chief executive officer.
Sharp will spearhead the sales, marketing and design teams. Before joining Marge Carson in 2002, Sharp held several senior-level management positions at Drexel Heritage Furnishings Inc., most recently serving as the senior vice president of sales and marketing. His management experience also includes merchandising and store and gallery administration.
Kevin Sazi, vice president of operations, will continue to direct daily operations at the company’s facilities in California, Mexico and the Philippines.
