ROSEVILLE, Calif.-The North American Home Furnishings Association (NAHFA) has entered into a partnership with the Authentic Home Furnishings Association (AHF) through which AHF members will be allowed to participate in NAHFA membership programs.
According to a joint statement from the two organizations, AHF members will now be able to access reduced rates on credit card processing and consumer financing. They will also be able to take advantage of NAHFA programs for advertising and marketing, business resources, shipping programs, discounts on operations and human resources services and products, and other benefits.
Sharron Bradley, NAHFA’s CEO, said, “This partnership further unifies and strengthens the home furnishings industry, and enables us to reach out and help more retailers, which is always our goal.”
Tim Case, AHF president, said the agreement enables AHF members the opportunity to benefit from savings associated with NAHFA’s large-group purchasing programs. “Our activities have always focused on trade shows and member certification programs, so we are excited about the opportunity to stay connected with our industry through the recently expanded NAHFA,” Case said.
