IMAX Worldwide Introduces Live Chat on Web Site

TULSA, Okla.–Home accessories and lighting company IMAX Worldwide Imports has added a Live Chat feature to its Web site, so customers who want to contact the company instantly can do so if they need assistance with sales, customer service or support. The feature is available during 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Customers can even print and save chat transcripts for future reference.
“We have already had an extremely positive response from our customers,” said Rex Yoakley, vice president of enterprise sales. “Web site users are able to get immediate assistance with their questions at the click of a button.”
