CAROL STREAM, Ill.--The Howard Elliott Collection has acquired the assets of R&R Collection, a moderate-to-upper end accessory importer, from its founder and president, Ryan Saia, for an undisclosed sum.
R & R Collection, based in Portage, Ind., imports tabletop and oversize floor vases, urns and ceramic pots and markets them to furniture and specialty retailers. The firm's leased Indiana facility will be closed once inventory is moved to Howard Elliott's warehouse here within a month, officials said.
Saia has joined Howard Elliott, a specialist in decorative mirrors and small accessories, as director of operations, reporting to Brian Berk, Howard Elliott president.
