HIGH POINT, N.C. -- Home Meridian International, parent company to Pulaski and Samuel Lawrence, has purchased selected assets of PRI, Prime Resources International, a Chicago-based furniture supplier. Terms were not disclosed.
Kevin Gallagher will continue as president of PRI, reporting to George Revington, president of Home Meridian. Revington, who said he is looking for additional acquisitions, noted that PRI will fit in well with its new parent. “PRI has recently launched a promising motion upholstery business and is a good fit for HMI because it fills gaps in our product lines.”
PRI will show new products at the Las Vegas Market next month, as well as at High Point pre-market the following month.
