COPPELL, Texas–Craftmade International Inc.’s board of directors has appointed J. Marcus Scrudder, 40, to serve as the company’s chief executive officer, effective July 1.
Scrudder will maintain his roles as chief financial officer and corporate secretary of the company until the board of directors names successors. Scrudder succeeds James R.
