With the new year comes new showrooms for a number of rug exhibitors at Las Vegas Market.
In Building A, in space A-444, Rizzy Home is now in a much larger showroom of 9,300 square feet, which is bigger than its former space by about 3,000 square feet. In the new location, it will feature an expanded pillow area and more rugs, beds and furniture.

Shaw Living will also relocate to a new showroom, suite B-449, 455, in Building B, which will allow the company to more than double the current product displayed at this market.
“We are continuously looking for new opportunities to introduce our area rugs in spaces that truly inspire,” said Kimberly Barta, Shaw Living brand manager. “This new Las Vegas showroom will provide a wonderful space in which we can showcase a plethora of design solutions for our customers.”
Right off of the first floor lobby in Building B is Kas Rugs’ new 4,500-square-foot showroom, B-175. “The new space is slightly larger and will enable us to show more of our product offerings in an easy-to-find location,” said Wendy Reiss, vice president of key accounts.
In Building C, Oriental Weavers’ new showroom is 50 percent larger than its former location. Now exhibiting in C-395, the company will have more space to dedicate to Sphinx by Oriental Weavers product categories and the new OW Hospitality division. It is among the new showrooms on the third floor of Building C, which World Market Center Las Vegas has transitioned to focus on high-end home decor resources. Over the last year and a half, Oriental Weavers has built or renovated its showrooms in High Point, Atlanta, New York and London.
“With the breadth of our current area rug assortment, and tremendous growth in other segments of our business, such as OW Hospitality, the new expanded showroom was essential for us to showcase our existing product line and new market introductions,” said Michael Riley, president, Oriental Weavers USA, Inc.
In C-309 and 335, Classic Home has also expanded.
