LITCHFIELD, Conn.–Emma Gardner design has teamed up with Chandra Rugs to offer a licensing program of hand-tufted rugs to feature original designs by Gardner. Chandra will distribute the rugs later this year to mid- to high-range furniture and rug retailers and online merchants. Details on the collection will be announced in the fall.
