SADDLE BROOK, N.J.-Starting on Jan. 2 and running through the entire month, Nourison will conduct a social-media donation campaign to help fund the research efforts of the Diabetes Research Institute (DRI).
The floor-covering manufacturer will donate $1 to the institute for every new “like” or follower on its Facebook and/or Twitter page. It will also provide the opportunity to win a rug and pillow coordinate. Participants should go to Nourison’s Facebook page, facebook.com/nourison to “like” the page, or go to its Twitter page, twitter.com/nourison, and become a follower.
Thomas Itty, Nourison’s director of marketing, said, “Nourison and the Peykar family have been strong supporters of the Diabetes Research Institute for a long time. Our goal is to raise awareness and highlight the significant progress of organizers such as the DRI.”
Brooke Feldman, Nourison’s digital marketing coordinator, called the campaign “a wonderful opportunity to expand what it means to have a voice for cause by utilizing social media.”
